SFC from maximum motorsports

I'm about to get sub-frame connectors for my fox and was curious about the two options on the site. I have try to email there tech and they don't get back to me. I also tried the search here but can't find the answer I'm looking for.

I'm wondering:
What would determin wether I need full length or standard size connectors?
Is it to have room for side exhaust or for ground clearance?

I feel that the full lengths would be more effective but I just need to know first what the perpose of the two options are.

Well for me I went with FLSFC's cause I had more welding done on them over the SFC I originally looking at. Just spend a bit more and get the full length versions. You won't be dissapointed with the ride of ur mustang.

Honestly, I can't think of a single reason to not go full-length. For every reason that you'd want SFCs, the full-length ones are better. I don't believe your ground clearance would be any different, nor would you gain the room necessary for side exhaust (not that side exhaust is good for anything but aesthetics anyway).
