03 gt ticking noise help!

Hey guys I am new to online forums and wanted to come on here to get the expertise of some other mustang drivers.

I have a delima I wanted to share with you guys and see if you could help me out. I have a 03 GT 5spd with all the bolt ons (BBK LT's, typhoon intake jlt ect...) and I have noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine area near the firewall. Its more apparent from the passenger side wheel well and not so clear with the hood up from the top side. I get closer to the ground and it sounds like it could be either coming from the long tubes or the oil pan. It isnt knocking and I have tried to isolate it by taking the plugs off both the COP's and injectors but the ticking is still present. I hear it slightly on a cold start up and its louder on accerlation and idle. It does not go away. Any idea what it could be?

Timing chain tensioners, exhaust leak, or valve lash adjuster... Probably one of the first two

Definitely sounds like a leak coming from one of the headers. Mine did that and turned out one bolt was really loose...tightened it and now sounds perfect.
