Bent valve questions

So i bent a valve or 6 or so. I rebuilt the top half of my engine, and after a little running something went bad on a start up and sh*t went bad. I pulled the valve covers and 3 followers were off on each head. Upon trying to depress the valves to reinstall the followers, its painfully obvious that at least 2 of the valves are bent and stuck in their current poition.

So now im back to square one and looking to start this process again. My question is, can i simply get the valves out and replace them? Or is there possible damage to the guides? Damaged seats?
