Weird question....

Is it possible to change a V6 to a V8? Is it worth it? How hard would it be? Any benefits?

I'd buy a V8 car. You're going to need a new diff, new trans, new engine, harness so forth... it's really not worth it.

unless you already have all the v8 parts laying around. buy a v8. it will be easier and probably cost nearly the same.
