was told I had all this that needs to be replaced?

8.8 Pinion Seal
8.8 Upper Housing Bushing Kit
MODULAR REAR MAIN SEAL
MODULAR FRONT CRANK SEAL
2V TIMING COVER GASKET

now I seen no leaks and nothing drips from my gt, so I dont know if its major or not the shop told me its not 911 worthy but should be fixed in the near future. Are these serious repairs if not attentended too quickly? any negatives too putting this off for a lil while? does this stuff go up at low miles? I only got 75k on it!??

Most of it just looked like basic seals, besides the brushings... not sure about that.

Whats the cost on all if it? If its not much, there is no harm.

The upper bushings are the UCA bushings pressed into the 8.8 housing. Stock ones are rubber, replacement can be either rubber, spherical, not sure about poly. I haven't seen them.
If its not leaking, don't mess with it.
Rear main seal is a pain to get to and replace.
You are going to pay quite a bit for it, there is a lot of labor involved replacing the rear main and timing cover seal.

The only other thing that comes to mind immediately is the oil pan gasket. Mine is leaking slightly, but I never see more than one drop every now and then on the driveway.
Good thing to replace when dropping the Kmember for any reason, be it LTs or replacing the K with a tubular one.

Sounds like the shop is looking for a way to get some cash out of you. If you can't see it leaking then don't worry about it. I'm curious how they came up with the rear main seal without pulling the tranny to see something, unless they were seeing something leaking. The upper control arm bushing is a PITA to change, so unless you are really noticing something detrimental in the feel of the rear suspension I don't think I would worry about it. Those bushings are something you would worry about if you had the rear end out and could have some room to work. I would say there is no harm in putting off unless it is gushing out of the seal. If it is leaking slightly then just make sure to keep an eye on the oil level and make sure you are keeping it at optimal level.

If the seals are really leaking make sure and check the PCV valve/system. If it's clogged the excessive crankcase pressure can cause seals to leak. It used to be a problem on 5.0 pushrod engines when the PCV filter got clogged on higher mileage cars. I am surprised they are leaking with 75K on the car. My wifes 92 Grand Marquis went to the junkyard with 320K on it and no leaks. I would get a second opinion for sure.

Well then definitely sounds like a shop trying to screw you out of mod money.
