With all the new androids and Iphones coming out nowadays with their gps and accelerometers, it seems that a good car enthusiast app should be out there. I was wondering what apps some people use to measure torque hp and any other useful information.

There are some decent apps out there (I don't know what they're called) that will measure your 1/4 mile times and ESTIMATE hp from that data. However, the only way to measure hp/tq is to put it on a dyno. No amount of acceleration/gps data is going to give you a hp/tq number(s).
