Best bushings and front-end parts..?

I have recently gotten a 1994 5.0 and am having to redo just about every inch of this car to make it worthy of being called a mustang again...
I almost have it, but am having some problems finding specs on diameters of swaybars and what works best rubber, poly or what for bushings. I am a newcomer to this forum so forgive me if this isn't posted right. I appeciate any feedback that I get from this post thanks in advance.

poly-urethane is the way to go, it reduces friction and lasts longer
