Pick Shelby's Rear...
...tires
Sorry for another tire thread but the boards are kinda dead today. I'm looking at these tires from AM Mickey Thompson et 2's. Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial II - 315/35-17 3744R - Free Shipping! I hear everyone praise Nitto, but I hear they run narrow, I like it wide. Situation: 1. my mustang is lightly modded but nowhere near a rocketship and I can't even take off from a dig at part throttle without my sumis spinning off. If I punch it from a roll they just spin and spin again in second (auto). 2. Don't want a tire that looks narrower than the sumis. 3. Car never sees rain and is driven approx 1200 miles/yr 4. These MT look like they have a taller sidewall,  5. These are comparable priced but supposedly don't last as long. I've had my sumis for 6 years and they still have tread left. vote on the pole.
