I've had my car turn off on me twice....not sure as to what I did to cause it. I had fuel (duh!), and I can't duplicate the problem, it just happened randomly....


1st time: I was driving to a restaurant & pulled into the parking lot (kind of at an uphill climb), I was going in kinda fast, it just shut off, but kept going due to the momentum ('course my steering wheel was locked).

2nd time: pulling into my drive way (at a slope as well, just not as high as the first one), again going in kind of fast, again it turned off like the first time.....


hasn't happened again for about a month, I did have a time when someone else was driving my car & while at a stoplight, it just shut off w/o any indications of it wanting to, we didn't even know until we tried to go & found out it wasn't on.


Now I do want to mention for the 2 times *I* was driving it, I was going into the parking lots doing about 30 maybe 35mph.....I had my foot completely down on the clutch & was pressing the brakes to slow down.


Any ideas??? Other than those times, the car acts perfect.
