What are the specs on the engine? Even a stock engine with cast parts can handle alittle shot (100 hp), but to go much more you should have forged pistons at least, and forged rods are a good idea.

I would think if someone owned a GT 500 they would know quite a bit about cars and how much the motor would take. But thats just me.

id drive the shit out of it but i wouldnt put n2o on the motor. i belive cars were made to be driven not to sit were no one can see them. id drive the shit out of but would seriosly do nothing that could further harm the engine or the car itself

back when i got it (late nineties) they had a kit to buy for it.. then i replaced a jet (little piece of the spray nozzle like..) and it went from 75 to 125 shot i think).. they should make base kits still for em..

good luck! :wink
