spring question - need help

My Car:
2002 Mustang GT Convertable, 403 rwhp.

The suspension mods were installed in 03 and have roughly 50k miles on them.
Bilstein HD shocks and struts.
Kenny Brown boxed Subframe Connectors
MM non-adjustable LCAs

I'm getting MM CC plates but I'm looking for the appropriate spring. A friend of mine has a set of H&R sport springs that I can get at a very decent price ($90, brand new). He ended up buying MM Road & Track springs

My questions are:
1.) Will my car be over/under dampened?
2.) Will the height difference result in the need for any of the following to correct geometry, and if so, which:
- offset rack bushings
- extended ball joints
- adjustable tie-rod end kit (bumpsteer kit)
- offset A-Arm Bushings
- shorter sway bar end links
3.) I'm been looking at poly isolators, are there any other products that I should absolutly install with the springs?
4.) Are there any tricks to minimizing NVH that result from aftermarket springs and CC plates?

How low are you going to go? I can't provide input on the over / under dampening as really that'll only be noticeable if you're a road race guy... same thing for most of the other parts.

If having a lowered car with a descent ride is your main concern, than none of those parts are important. Offset rack bushings, the sway bar links, bumpsteer, etc. are only important if your dropping a good bit over, say 1.5" and really only if your doing some hard cornering.

I dropped my car 1.7" in the front and didn't even use CC plates (I used offset strut bolts), I've got the correct camber and the alignment went fine. Now, I don't have perfect steering geometry either which would put me at a disadvantage if I was corner carving, but I'm not.

If your anal, then I'd worry about the bumpsteer and offset rack bushings, I'd only fool with the rest of it if you were going to be pushing your car around corners.
