so the deal is done im getting the american thunder flow cat-back for ma b-day now i want some ideas tell me what you think and why

1.do i cut the pipes off back by the rear wheels or leave em for the loudness

2. if i leave them should i go ahead and get the 3 inch tips welded on while im at it

I have mine dumped and I hate it. I have 40 series weld in flows. I wish I never cut mine off. im getting some hooker long tubes with x-pipe tomorrow so the weld in flows are leaving and a borla stinger cat-back is going on.

if you decide to remove the rear tips. take it to a muffler shop and explain to them you want to be able to remove and replace the tips as you like with just a couple bolts. in other words have them fab up some flanges so you can do as mentioned above.

if yo0u want a 2.5 " o/r h-pipe let me know as I won't be able to use it with the long tubes. I believe its bbk but not 100% positive
