Are the wires to the switch identified any other way besides color?

I would get the brake fixed and leave the button. Imagine if you were driving down the road going 70mph and accidentally hit that button... I would freak out even with the latches secured. It's an easy way to lose your top and damage the peoples vehicle behind you, etc. Plus the e-brake is kind of important...lol
