Storm Drains Blocked (Puddle in backseat floorpan)

hey wussup. i have an 03 convertible, when it rains there's often a puddle that forms in the rear passenger footwell. also, the puddle mostly but not completely drains away if I drive aggressively.

mechanic at quicklube says it's just the drains are blocked, probably filled with tree pollen or something, i just need an airgun or a hi-pressure hose to blow it out, that's what worked on his crown vic.

is that easy to do without ruining the one-way-valvy-thing at the ends of the drains? where do i get an air gun? and where is the entry point for the drain under the footwell?

the chilton's manual doesn't talk about the drains, is there another manual that might?

thank you for any advice.

go under the car and on the rear floor pan on each side you will see a rubber plug pull it out and allow the water to drain then replace it.

its just a rubber plug meant to drain the passenger compartment in the event of massive watter pooling. ever used a hose to hose puke out of a cop cruiser? lol i have and thats how we drain it
