T3 rebuild help

Alright as a few of the people here know I am working on rebuilding a Garrett T3 turbo. Well when I bought it the guy said that a seal is broken. The seal he is referring to is on the turbine wheel. The problem I have is I don't know how to get the turbine and the compressor wheels apart to get the shaft off to take the seal cover looking thing to replace the seal. I was told and I read that they just unscrew...well that shaft is holding to the compressor wheel like a golddigger holds to a penny. Any help here would be awesome.

Turbo seals nly go for two reasons....lack of air will "suck the seal out", and excessive bearing wear.
