Do you think this is a good set up?


I was thinking about getting the following for my exhaust set up...

SLP loudmouth II'2 catback
Not sure on x pipe, prob bbk
Not sure on midpipe
bbk LT's

any other suggestion for those?

you should definately go with a catted x or you are going to sound like a bag of popcorn going down the road...

I agree about the catted x......its a matter of preference i guess/ you will get a "little" more power from an x over an H and a "little" more w/o the cats HOWEVER....if you get an o/r x and pair it with flowmasters its gonna sound like shaizze. leave the cats on it and it will sound pretty good w/ the flows. I learned this the hard way. I had a catted x + flows = badass. Then i cut the cats off and now its sounds almost like one of them poop cannons on a ricer but only at certain rpms. Its gonna sound pretty crazy w/o the cats man. If i had it to do again i would go w/ an o/r H and keep my flows. Good luck finding that power/sound balance. I got a pretty good power gain but im not much on the sound right now till i get a new mid-pipe....
