Has anyone installed Flow Tech Headers

I got the drivers side on, but the passenger side is fighting me. I am trying to put the front pipe on, and I can't get it bolted to the block.
Wanted to know if anyone has any experiece with these headers.

They come apart, and I wanted to know if I need to have them welded after I finish the install. Instructions do not indicate that I need to do this.

I installed a set of shortie flowtechs on a 5.0 a few years ago. Other than being poor quality, they fit just fine. Since they're not built to very tight tolerances, you'll need to try to get all bolts in loosely before tightening any of them down.

These are long tube

These are long Tube, and the passenger side is cut in several places, then they "slide" in at the collector. Heck with tightening the bolts, I can't get them started on this side.

Hey, it was either these or stock shorties.

I installed a set on a 86 Iroc-Z...Was definately not impressed with the quality of the product...IMHO spend the extra cash and get a set off BBK's or if you really want to drop some dough get some Kooks...

I was stupid and cut corners and went with a set of flowtech since a guy in my building told me that there good and cheap. but my set was a pain to put on, and I still can't get my passanger side to seal all the way. I'm going to save up this winter and buy a good set. plus after only a month they already started to rust.

I've used a couple sets of Flowtech full length headers in the past and I was very happy with the quality and fitment of the headers. I guess I'm the only one???
