General question on brake system issues (bleeding/no pedal)

My 65 tbird. New MC and booster, lines, wheel cyclinders and calipers. ALl vacuum to booster is there and working fine. No leaks anywhere/ MC bench bleed the hell and back, lines bleed the hell and back. After all that I still have no pedal, it goes to the floor. I have brakes but the pedal does not stay up at all If I disconnect the vac to the booster the pedel stays up and goes down a little but of course I think have no power brakes. WIll it hurt the car if I drove with man brakes? I would think not.

Have you tried to gravity bleed them? If not, what you do is take the bleeder valves out and fill the master cylinder with fluid then leave the cap off and let it sit for a while. the fluid should slowly push the air out as it sits so all you have to do is replace the bleeders and check for pedal. It may be necessary to manual bleed but you should only have to go thru about 1 or 2 cycles to get te rest of the air out.
