Which Supercharger to choose

I plan on getting a different supercharger for my cobra but don't know which one is the best to choose from. I have heard alot of good things about Kenne Bell, but also have heard alot about Whipple. Would it be best to go with one of thses or a centrifugal supercharger?

centri's better for track, twin screws (kb) better for street fun...

You should stick to a roots type blower... It would be pretty ignorant to switch to a centri style s/c on a car that is made with a roots type s/c...

Between KB or Whipple I can't choose. Everyone has a lot of good things to say about the KB, but there seem to be a ton of Cobra's running with the Whipple and have great results... Probably just personal preference, and how deep are your pockets?

Well right now I have 4k saved up. The only reason I thought about the centrifugal supercharger is I heard they produce less heat. But I orginally was planning on going with the 2.8KB then I heard about the 3.3 Whipple so I didn't know which would be the best to go with. (Price dosn't really matter) Thanks for the advice.

well normaly if you go to the track a lot a centri would be your best bet, and a roots would be good for just crusin the streets. but in your case i'd stick with the roots. i cant tell you which to choose because they both make great s/c, so you cant go wrong.
