power window problem (pulling hair out of my head)
hey guy's,
im new to this forum (newly registered) i been looking threw this site for a while now, great forum i gots to tell you.well i got a 97 3.8 plain jane nutting special but cold air intake with a k&n filter, bbk fuel rail wich was given to me by a good friend. ok, i got a problem with my stang, a wierd one i think. this morning my windows were working fine up and down no problem, got home from work freshened up got the wife and went shoping. as we were driving she was tryng to roll up her window and nothing. i tried, and nothing not even the power mirror switch was working even the power door lock switch, but the odd thing was that the passenger side power door lock switch was working but nothing else. so i pulled over check all the fuses you know the basics. so as i had the door opened i tried to roll up her window and everything worked fine but as soon as i closed the door nothing worked. open worked closed nothing. so as i had the door open i jiggled the wires in the door jam the windows switches etc. worked when they wanted . so i made a quick run back to my house pulled the door panel off checked the switches and every one had power to them. now nothing is working no power windows no power mirrors no power door lock switch but on the passenger side the power door lock switch is working, nothing else.so right now im confused about to whats going on. can anyone please give some info on how to solve this or better steps on how to solve this
