Exhaust Kill Switch???

One of my friend told me that his friend has a rice rocket that supposedly has an exhaust kill-switch meaning that he can cut the noise off from the exhaust when he is passing by cops. I dunno if such a thing like that exists and in what form. Anyone ever heard of it? It'd be good to have one in the stangs since some of us like it loud. Those rice rockets have quite an annoying sound for which they SHOULD get tickets for. The stangs have a swett deep rumble sound that is pleasure to our ears. But anyways... ne one have any info on such a device? Thanks in advance...

he could have done something nuts... like take a Y pipe and have a ricer muffler out the back then a stock muffler under the car... and then just flip a switch and have two electric cut outs switch between the two... closing one side of the y and opening the other... although this would cost up wards of $500 and be a waste of time and money

my dad has one on his boat, its freakin sick. its ot 2 exhaust pathways, one that goes below the water and is naturally muffled by the water, and one that dumps out the side of the boat. and when you flip a switch it can change from either and it makes it hella loud
