exhaust leak

I thought Id actually post this in the right section.

what are some of the simptoms you can get from an exhaust leak. From the headers to the tips? Can it effect performance? What would it do exactly?

you will lose HP and TQ.

if it is a big leak you WILL hear it. the sound will get louder with the more gas you apply to the petal.

yeah it'll go loud as fuck. I hadn't noticed a decrease in performance but my car is slow anyway.

im going to bring this one from the dead..
since im pretty sure i have a leak somewhere

we installed headers and prochamber
start it up sounds nice..
but when i get going a little it starts to make a kinda ticking i guess you could say noise.
possible a exhaust leak?
i would like to go back and tighten everything up and all but it was hard putting them on
how much would it cost for a shop to do this for me?

longtubes will make a ticking sound, because it amplifies the exhaust soo much that you just hear the exhaust hitting the sidewalles of the colectors.
