Alternator Help!

Ok my set up is a 2003 mach 1 with a cobra blower set up on it, along with the cobras alternator bracket and alternator... It ran fine for awhile... then my car wouldnt charge correctly and it felt as if the belt was slipping when i would get on it. Took it apart to replace the alternator and found the top bolt all the way out of the alternator... We were guessing the alternator kept moving and wouldn't work properly and making the belt slip. Well after that it ran fine for about a week... now im having the problem again but it looks as if the bolts are tight... I thought it might be a bad alterantor... but i have the belt slipping problem again... I have a steed ilder pulley on it... so the belt should not slip AT ALL!!! WTF IS UP??
