brake help!


ok my brakes were grinding so i changed them. when i took off the front passenger side brake pad the pad was worn unevenly.. one part was to the medal and the other part still had some left. and on the front driver side the brakes were like new. does anyone know what could be going on with that? its a 01 v6. thanks guys!
