turbocharger sizes

lets say i bought a 77mm turbo (just using examples here) and installed it and everything, and later decided i wanted a much bigger one, lets say a 101mm turbo.. what all would be involved in changing the sizes? would i need different piping and everything else?

Yes it would

You would need bigger charge pipes, down pipe, intercooler, new tuning setup, bigger oil lines, etc...

why do you ask?

Hybrid is 2 different sized turbos put together

take the compressor of a T4 and put a T3 exhaust housing on it to build more pressure at the same RPM range than a T3 would

then you have the T3/T4
