3v vs. 4v head flow

how are they in comparison to each other?

i have been told by several people that 3v heads flow better than 4v heads, and about the same amount of people have told me the opposite..

3v flow better from what ive seen

I read an article where it said the 4v out flow the 3v, but because of the valve angle and the way the a/f enters and exits the combustion chamber, they were getting more power out of the 3v. There's more to flow technology then just making things bigger.
