Front end bangs

I have a loud nosie coming from the front passengers side of the car when I back out of the driveway I get a loud bang, also when I pull forward after this it bangs again, then it stops after that until the car sets for awhile. It sounds like the spring is slipping? Help. Frist time user.

P.S My car is a 96 mustang convertable base V6

Thanks. I was thinking the samething or the spring insolaters. I'm putting both motor mounts on today so I will check the struts while I,m at it. I'll let you know what I find out.

I put the moter mounts on, but the banging is still there. I checked the ball joints they are fine. I got all the coil spring insolaters an the enternale coil spring comperessor tool, but it looks like I am going to have to put these on in the spring. Weather is getting very cold and I do not have a shop.
