Upgrading V6 exhaust, thoughts?

I just got some insurance money... some dumbass decided to hit my new bodykit and mess up my exhaust.

I need to replace me exhaust, and I decided perfect time to upgrade. I am only doing under the car for now... headers later.

My idea is after the 2 cats, H-Pipe, then 2 Flowmaster 40s, and then the tips. This is for a 3.8L V6... sound like a good plan? The local exhaust shop here can do that for $235. They will make the H pipe and all piping under the car themselves then weld on the mufflers.

i would highly recommend a mac catback rather than flowmaster... it sounds amazing on a v6 stang... much better than flows imo

hmmm... where have you heard bad things about mac? I personally think they're amazing. MAC and Bassani are the best sounding exhaust for a 2v 4.6 IMO. Flows and MAC are the best sounding for sixxers imo. try mac flowpaths.
