IRS
My uncle has an 03 cobra with 700+ hp and wants to swap me rear ends. He has the IRS and i have the regular GT rearend. he is going to give me his Magnaflow catback, eiabach pro kit springs, aluminum drive shaft, OEM cobra rear disc brake setup. basically everything on his car for my exact same stuff. He is getting a new magnaflow catback and rear eiabach springs out of the deal since its all made for a GT.
Has anyone done this mod? he says i will have a smoother ride and he is going to weld my rearend up so he can run a trans brake. just wondering if this was a common mod for GT's to get IRS |

Re: IRS
i dont have a link for the swap but there is one out there. I have seen it and the swap is pretty easy considering what your doing. as stated above it will add about 75lbs to your car. |
