speedometer swap??
I have an 895.0 lx which currently has an 85MPH speedo. I am considering doing a 140MPH speedo swap. I have heard that it is a direct swap from some and others have said that it mat need to be recalibrated. Does anyone have any pointers??

You will have to recalibrate it otherwise you will be going A LOT faster then what you are going and you are in for a few tickets.....
I am not very familiar with foxes but I am sure someone else will chime in! |

Check with other year model ford products, I found out my Daily driver which has a 85 mph speedo also has the same dash panel and gauge layout as the 1973 torino`s did and the 73 torino has a 120 mph speedo. Still looking for one on ebay thats in good condition to pick up to do a conversion.
