Borla

I won this exhaust http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...175165998&rd=1

I am running stock right now but i'm planning on getting a H pipe (not sure if i wanted catted or OR, i don't have emmisons in alabama)

what do you think will compiment this system the best to keep it nice and deep. Not going to do headers so the midpipe will be the last peice i buy for my exhaust. also i am not intrested in an X pipe so please don't tell me to get that or the reasons its better then the H pipe.

Well since your being a bit stubborn, like "i dont want headers", "i dont want an X pipe"

Theres really nothing else you can add to make it sound better without those 2

ok lets try this again for the people who want to give there opinion but can't read

i want an "H" pipe.

now that we have determined that.

If you purchased a Borla catback as i did what...now pay attention..."H" pipe would you purchase to compliment the sound of the borla to keep it deep and throaty

no i just want a good sounding car not real loud to take away from the enjoyment of having a convertible. i am not looking for the fastest car around so no need for headers and i have been told h pipes are deeper then x pipes which get raspy. i was looking at a mac OR h pipe. i will put the borla on first and see how i like the sound and go from there.

if you dont want it pretty loud do not get an O/R H pipe. I have a MAC O/R H pipe and like it, but its loud.

Most def man... if you dont want it "annoyingly" loud... i actually like the annoying sound some ppl complain of... then dont get a new midpipe. An o/r H isnt that much quiter than an x... it infact is about as loud as a catted x, which is like 1db quiter than an o/r x, the only thing cats change on an o/r x is the raspyness and makes it a tad deeper, due to backpressure.

So really man, if u think a loud car is annoying, i have no idea why you bought borla, cuz those are some of the loudest mufflers you can get and it will even be LOUD with the stock H

if thats the actual system he bought, the one in the pics...its the quieter version of Borla, very similar to the Reg.Magnaflows, and IMO i would go O/R X.

I have a O/R X-pipe and love it with my catback. It is kinda loud and raspy once you venture in the 2500RPM range. It is a sound that turn everyones head forsure. I get alot of people who love the sound of my car. At an idle it has a deep loeb that sounds sweet. Not to mention around 3500RPM It shound like the car has a set of new balls and really has some power. I never heard a H-pipe that I remember.

the borla brand is raspy anyways..and the x-pipe isnt so raspy w/ the right cat-back and LT's..you'll end up sticking w/ stock h-pipe when you hear those!!!
