Good guide for changing brake pads and rotors

I need a guide or some direction in changing pads and rotors, I bought some new ones today and need to get an idea of what all I need to do...

I haven't changed pads in close to 3 years... and have never changed a rotor. What sort of tools do I absolutely need?

yes. it will come right off.

mustangs .. well disk brake mustangs have what is called "floating rotors"

it will come off but if it's on there tight take a rubber mallet and tap it a few times.
