JBA Headers and JBA H Pipe
I am in the market to upgrade my exhaust on my 2005 Mustang GT. I m pretty new to this, but I really like that muscle car sound. The only thing that I have done so far is replaced the mufflers with Flowmaster American Thunders. The sound did increase but not as much as I hoped. It does give me that low rumble that I like but I would like it louder.
So I am looking at JBA long tube headers and the JBA catted H pipe. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with JBA. Are they good products. Will this setup give me that low rumble sound but loud? I know the O/R H Pipe would be louder but I want to stay legal. I also know the X Pipe will provide more HP but I have heard the H Pipe is better for Flowmasters. I am willing to give up a little power to get the best sound. Basically what I want is for people to turn their heads when I am coming. Will this do the trick? Thanks. |

welcome to MM
i have JBA shorties on my Exploder, and i'm very pleased with them. the quality is great, that's why you pay an arm and a leg for them. an h pipe will give your exhaust note more of a deep rumble to it. off road would be louder than catted, though, if that's what you're after. |
