New Headlights

I put in black projector headlights in my 96. With the low beams on the lights seem to be shining right into the ground and only brighten like 25 feet in front of my car then cut off. Do they jsut need to be adjusted? This doesnt bother me too much cuz i figure if i cant use highbeams someone else is lighting the road for me but when i sell my car this needs to be right.

that's the shitty thing with projectors.
that's how they're made and you can't really do anything about it. they're made to cut off at a certain point like that, which is good for not blinding others. but the shitty thing is that i guess this makes the low beams pointed way too low and the high beams pointed way too high, and you can't adjust them independantly.
it's just something you have to live with if you want projectors...
