What is a good battery operated impact gun

Hey guys so I'm looking into buying a impact gun. Problem is I live in apartments and the managers are dicks, so no air compressors, also no wall outlets near my car. So what battery operated impact guns do you guys recommend?

For what use? Around the house and for smaller jobs I really like my rigid. If I were pulling wheels I would go with the 20v 1/2" Ingersoll Rand.

I use MAC while at work : Mac Tools Online Store - BCK338-S3

Ingersoll Rand at home: Ingersoll Rand | W1130 3/8" 12V Cordless Impact Wrench

Links are to exact ones I have.

I have nothing but good things to say about both. They do exactly as I need them to in any situation. battery life on both is awesome.
