1994 Mustang GT vs 2003 Mustang GT? Who would win?

I was wondering what car you guys would bet on winning. My girlfriend has a 2003 ford mustang Gt automatic with 40,000 miles that is all stock. I have a 1994 mustang gt 5 speed with the folling mods:

engine with 85,000 miles on it (runs like new, ALL sensors replaced)
Msd ingnition box and coil
msd wires
bbk cold air intake
bbk catted off road h-pipe with flowmasters
bbk u/l control arms
new spark plugs (iridium, I know, next time I will give the autolites a try)
phenolic intake spacers

I know its not much, but I just want to know honestly which one will win. My girlfriend just doesn't want to race it but I would like to know if anyone has ever tried this match before.

i wouldn't bet on u.......i'd say she'd beat u by about a car.......

her 220rwhp aprox 3300lbs 3.27 rear end
u 200rwhp aprox 3450lbs most likey 2.73 gear ratio

You would win I believe. I beat lots of them when I go out, and all I have are flowmasters, CAI, and 3.73 gears. I think it's the gears that help me win though...

The '03 all the way. i think you underestimate her. Even the 04 6-bangers moved pretty damn well. If you line up you better be ready to run that 5.0 pretty hard.

Ive beaten a few ppl in my time with my 87 vert gt with minimal engine mods and A WHOLE lot of lightweighting. I dont know how well either of you drive but so I cant and wont answer that for you. Here is your solution :

1.) Find a 1/4 mile strip of real estate
2.) Wait till dark and bring your GF
3.) Light em up and see who wins

Real Life > EPeen

PS : On a personal note you'll never win. If you win and smoke her, you look like an asshole. If you hold off and let he win, you look like a pussy. If you take it to the drags and lose ... well ... you get the idea. I wont race my GF on those principles and that she has a street legal 450+ HP Black/Black 07 Mustang GT CS SC that she loves to let me drive.
