Cold air intake
I have an 89 2.3l stock 4 banger and i'm thinking of adding a cold air intake. I found a kit on ebay, but i have two questions i'd like answered before i go ahead and purchase it. 1. on top of the stock filter box are two vacum lines. are these essential for aanything or can i just cap them off? 2. there's a hose that runs from the bottom of the filter box to the header. the guy at autozone didn't really know what it was for but told me i caould probably trash it. Anybody know what it is and is it essential as well? Thanks.
