How much boost can you put on a stock 4.6 v8 motor with out mesing up your motor?
My cousin gave me a 9psi turbo off his stock Eclipse. Im wanting to put it in my mustang but dont know how much psi I can SAFELY use without hurting my engine or transmission or anything??? Thanks!!

8psi non-intercooled 10psi intercooled should be pretty safe

If its the stock turbo off the eclipse then it will not be worth the fab work to put it on...
