EGR Not Completing

I have a 96 mustang gt that the EGR is not completing. Everything else is complete......I have replaced all the parts that run with the egr system and still the same thing. NOT COMPLETE!!!!!!! I check for leacks and couldn't find any and checked the hoses for cracks.

Is ther something else that I am missing to check?
I was told to take the egr off and check the hole there and see if it is cloged and to check the egr hose that goes down to the exhoust and blow it out.....
If anyone else knows something else to check let me know.....
Thanks alot guys... I will go out on sunday and do all this to the ride and see what happens...Later

on your egr pipe from the headers to the pump on the block, you should make sure your 2 rubber hose lines are on the right ends. if you cross them up they wont work right. just a simple check. also, check the vaccuum lines from the dpfe to the block and the pump. is it throwing a CEL code, or is it just not hooked up? check the electrical connections too.

I already cleaned the egr hole out and and cleaned the egr line that goes to the headers. The line to the headers was cloged up and got cleaned out and and still nothing I was for sure that was it but it wasn't.
I didn't cross the hoses because there is a small one and bigger hose connector to plug up to. I gusse I will check the vaccum lines again and see what happens.. It's not throwing any codes it just says EGR system not complete. Let me know if there is anything i should check.. Thanks alot for the info....
