3 of 4 bolts snapped when taking the tb off the intake manifold. can i use jb weld and the last remaining bolt to hold down the tb until i permanently fix it. do you think it will hold. it says up to 500 degrees and withstands vibrations. having doubts

JB weld kicks ass and it will work! I used it on a cracked head of this beater dodge that I had and it was fine till I junked it 2 years later! just make sure you mix it correctly!

Are you serious? I would never in a million years try that but it may work. Just hope you don't wanna take it back off anytime soon. I am a big fan of JB Weld but only using it in the not so important parts of the vehicle/home.

Just make sure not to use it as a thread sealer on your lug nuts.

Classic! JB Weld also works well for patching holes in oil pans and trans pans...speaking from experience.

Now I have done that before for a quick fix but never anything on the intake/throttle body/carb area.

When I was bolting my new plenum/TB onto my stock manifold, the brass threads popped out of the plastic manifold. JB welded them back into the plastic and was good to go. That stuff's legit.
