Wiring a battery disconnect

I have been trying to find info on how best to wire a battery disconnect but have not come up with much useful info. What I want to know is how best to wire a disconnect when I am running a alternator and running all the power into a Moroso switch panel.

How about an inline manual reset circuit breaker, say 150 amp or so. Either that, or a Perko switch like used in boating.
