firebird question

I know theres a couple of fbody people on this site. My friend screwed up his 98 firebird by missing a shift, trying to hit 4th, hit 2nd. ujoint was replaced already. sounds like something broke in his rear end. whats a good place to get f body parts. He needs 4.10's, an install kit, and a rebuild kit fo rhis differential.
