What is the easiest and fastest way to install a pair of longtube headers on a 90 foxbody. Thanks

Take the stock headers off and put the new ones on....
How hard or easy depends on the type of header. Either way its not very hard. Make sure you take both motor mount nuts off so you can jack the motor up. That will make things alot easier. I'd put the front of the car on jackstands too.

I had to remove my steering shaft ( in my 84 ) to get the headers in. I didn't have to remove the motor mounts but is tons easier if you do.
If you don't remove the mounts you needs lots of patients and room to get them in. jjg
