Drag springs or lowering springs???

So i was looking at springs and i'm not sure if i want to get the drag springs with an airbag or the 1.5/2'' lowering springs. I have a chin spoiler, if I get the lowering springs will it clear parking blocks?

Probably not, especially with the chin spoiler. My 03 Cobra is lowered and I have to be VERY careful parking near curbs or blocks. Got too close 1 x and nearly pulled my chin spoiler and front fascia off.

I've got Steeda drag springs and they didn't necessarily slam my Cobra, but it brought it down a smidge from stock height. I still clear parking curbs and the car maintains a mean looking stance. I love the look of a lowered Cobra (or GT or whatever) but I went with the drag springs because that's what the car is for.

Summary: I clear parking curbs, I still look to be at a decent height, I can fit under the car barely without a jack but I can also jack the car up without performing a magic trick.

Did they help? It's hard to say. I put in Roush lower control arms, Steeda upper control arms, Steeda drag springs, Airlift air bag, and Strange adjustable drag shocks all the way around.

My E/T lowered by .3 with all of that and I'm still not driving the car to its potential and it has yet to be tuned from all the bolt-ons. Can I conclude the drag springs helped? No, but I'm happy with them.

Thanks for the input. Yea i'm going to do the springs and the control arms at the same time so i guess i won't know if they help at all either. Anyone have drag springs but no control arms?? They can't hurt but i'm looking to lower the stance just a little also.

How important are drag shocks? I was thinking about getting the springs and control arms but shocks never came to mind.
