Manual steering rack on a Fox pro/con

Im thinking about going with a Flaming River manual steering rack for my fox, what are the pros/cons of that and exactly how hard would it be to steer, and is it a fairly simple job that I can do in my driveway?

It's real easy to do. I used Unisteer products tho to save some $$. Make sure rack is centered when installing or you are gonna have fun getting steering wheel centered.

I'm runnin skinnies so it's easy for steering. However, I miss power steering because if you like slinging the back end out and catching it you cant do that w/manual steering. You can sling the back end out, it's just that you have to get out of the throttle and steer into it like anything else. What I'm trying to say is that manual does not react as fast as power so it does take some fun out of it.

I have the Flaming River on several of our cars and most of the time you spin around it will help you not over steer/correct. Some of them are quick ratio and a few aren't. You can tell a difference but not by much once you get use to it.

There are several companies out there that make a much more inexpensive rack that does the same thing.
