Headlight covers

My son just purchased his 1st car-96 mustang. It has headlight covers that are dark. They are removable. Unfortunately, it is really hard for him to drive at night. Is there a special headlight that he should use to increase his night visibility? Also, the previous owner has limo tint on side windows. I understand that it is illegal. How are these removed? Thanks!!

Yes look for the GE Silverstar Ultra's.

The tint will have to be removed by peeling it off, perhaps using some heat, and a straight edge razor.

Razor will take that tint off. Window cleaner with ammonia makes tints bubble and peel making it easier to pull off.

if you have acess to a steam gun USE it on the tint and it will roll right off with MINIMULE glue residue left behind, and then you dont have to use a blade that way if your not comfortable with taking a razor to your glass
