Interior/Visual Mod

I guess the subject is almost on que, I have a sorta unusual question though...

Does anyone know of any visual/cosmectic mods which replace the interior shift on an automatic with one similiar to the one found in a 5 speed? Just the look and shift pattern, I know the technical reasons for both having their current setup and appearance but, is there actually anything like that out there which has the same look and all of a 5spd and goes in an automatic?

(I don't need a speech about transmissions either, I am talking cosmetic appearance here)
