"extreme duty" subframes
http://web.inetba.com/autoweld/univ.ivnu
scroll down to the bottom and take a look at the "extreme duty" frame connectors can anyone tell me the benefits of having connectors like that (they protrude throught the floor), or the other connectors they have. it seems like its useful because they make is specifically for fox bodies i dunno i jus dun wanna waste my money on something that dun rly do much..

Those are the only "real" subframe connectors. There is alot of junk on the market with all kinds of gimmicks to help sell them. The best one and seems to be the most common is the almighty "seat support bar". All of the bolt in and weld in flimsy things on the market like BBK, Maximum Motorsports, etc are worthless. The ones you posted are the only ones I would ever buy and are the only ones worth buying. Take it from a guy that has owned more Mustangs than the Ford Motor Company has. The difference is the subframe connectors you posted are strong and rigid. They tie the subframe sections together solidly and then are welded to the floor as well. The difference in the solidness of the car is big. The other cheap designs out there add weight and that is about it.
