Ok... what is with this guy? You send him money and he just vanishes for over a week. I have sent him 5 PMs asking for my tracking number and some updates... no dice. He has been active on the forum since I have sent theses PMs so I know he is obviously ignoring them.

You have ruined your rep with alot of people here V6Power... If your gonna sell things, act like you have just a little motivation after you get the money. We are not paying you to sit around and wait to sent the part out, or sit around and wait to contact us. We are paying you to send the part out asap and tell us the tracking number and details. It's your part of the deal, Honor it...

atleast his Inbox is not full and I can send him PMs now... sigh

Filed a Dispute with Paypal... have called him 4 times and left 3 messages along with 4 PMs. Still NOTHING. I looked at the dates:

Payment sent Dec 18th
Shipped by his Dad Dec 22nd w/o Tacking number (which was suppose to go out Dec 19th in the first place)
Between Dec 22nd & Jan 1st = 4 PMs, 3 Voice Mails, numerous post with no contact
Jan 1st - Dispute Filled

If no contact my Sat evening, I'm Escalating it to a claim.

honestly dude, u need to step up ur game if want to do any type of business on this site.

u've developed enough of a reputation on this site, and been banned from others for your failure to make good on ur business transactions.

V6Power - I cannont drop the dispute because if I do, I can NOT reopen it for this transaction... and to be honest. I do not trust you one bit, and I am not risking that.

So, you say you can not get to the money because of a dispute? Bull... You can still get to the money, and do things with it aslong as I do not escalate it to a claim. So, I suggest you get my Hood... yes, MY HOOD shipped out by 3pm Friday with a tracking number in my inbox, or your out $300 and any hope of ever selling anything on this forum again.

I've had a bad past few days, and this is just icing on the cake buddy... you screw this over this time... and you will see just how pissed I can get.

idk, But I do know he can not get to any monies until you close the claim. You can get your money back and resend it to him thus making you able to reopen a claim.

It's not a claim yet, its a dispute. There is a major difference. Paypal even says when you go to close the dispute: "If the seller offers a refund, do not close this dispute until you have received all funds and are 100% satisfied because you can not reopen a closed dispute".

I see, the funds are put on hold. However, I find it extreamly odd that he does not have $150 laying around from all the stuff he has been selling to ship this hood.

IMO he should ship it, use his $150, and when I receive it I will life the dispute allowing him access to all the money and thus reimbursing him.

Another thing...

When you file a claim with someone they hold the money for that transaction from the person you sent the money to. So, why would the $300 I sent you be held up for 2 weeks because someone else had a active claim with you? Your shit stories dont add up bro...

and DANG I just cant get over how you blank face lied... I mean, why the hell would you tell me your dad shipped it and say ups is gonna e-mail you the tracking number when you never even shipped it? WTF did you expect would happen? I would just sit here for 2 weeks with no contact and not do something? If you dont want claims on your account, dont sit on your ass and dont do your part of the bargin. It's asking for trouble and its just plain immature...

Sounds like you were sent to voice mail. In no way should It take anyone two weeks to 'ship' something thats still sitting at his house. Thats retarted, why say you shipped something thats not??

He got to the UPS store, and says UPS is now quoting him $300 to ship it insted of $150.

Im getting a refund.... 3 weeks of waitting for the Hood ive wanted for so long and I have nothing by paypal fees and headaches.... GRRRRRRRRRRRR

Dont buy from this guy...
