okay here it is if ppl dont know...

he gave me a down payment of 500.00 so i built the tranny then when i shipped it out he gave me a 740.00 payment. the day after he got the transmission he called and said it broke. i was very frusturated cause i rebuilt that one twice and both times same thing so i didnt question it. i guess it was something wrong with the case itsself cause i have never had a catistrophic problem with any other tranny. he was supposed to send pics of it broke but never did. he asked for a refund insted of a new tranny so i gave him a $900.00 refund but before i did he asked if i would refund it to his dads account cause his was jacked up so i did in 3 $300.00 payments spred over 2 weeks. well about a month goes by and i get an e mail saying my paypal balance is -718.00 (after they refunded fees) what happend was someone (he said someone got his info and did it) filed an unauthorized transaction report for the 2nd payment of $740.00 so his bank took it from pay pal and pay pal took it from me. then there was no gettin ahold of him at all. when i owed money i got calls daily but after this nothing. longer story short i did what someone did and went to my bank and filed an unauthorised transaction for 2 of the $300.00 payments the other 300.00 is money that was sitting in paypal and he waited just after 35 dayse to do it so paypal could do anything about it. bank said it would take 10 days max but it took 40.

i want to believe him so bad cause he seemed like a real nice kid and the 2 times he messaged me he seemed like he was going through a world of shit but it just didnt add up.

i am too trusting of a person that is a big down fall and i get screwed alot for it.

he is on right now messageing me i hope he will post up his situation here to clear this up with me and everyone here cause like i said he was really cool for about a year before all this went down i hate to think he was just sitting waiting to scam someone.
